Exciting news, The Elements has been shortlisted for the SHIFT Awards! Focusing on sustainability, the house was designed to respond to the movement of the sun and make use of passive environmental solutions.

The house uses passive environmental solutions for internal comfort, including roof overhangs for shade, thick insulation and low-E glass.  Courtyard spaces are also orientated south to catch rays throughout the day and draw natural light into the plan.

The house uses sustainable energy provided through solar panels and a ground source heat pump to heat the house and water supply, including the indoor pool.
